Moreton Bay House Aged Care is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to lead and support a dynamic team in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with fellow ANUMs and the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager (NUM).

  • Assist in implementing practice changes and managing ward/unit responsibilities.

  • Lead performance management processes, recruitment, staffing, rostering, and attendance management.

  • Oversee financial and supply planning to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. 

  • At least 3 years of post-registration experience or classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and supervise less experienced staff.

  • A creative, flexible, and innovative approach to healthcare challenges.
