About the Role:

An outstanding leadership opportunity is available within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network for an experienced and motivated nurse to step into the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager. As Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to support the delivery of high‑quality medical care while providing day‑to‑day leadership for nursing teams. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating clinical operations, supporting staff performance and ensuring safe, effective and compassionate care for every patient.

You will thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where your leadership directly shapes patient experiences and team success. From mentoring and developing staff, to supporting daily workflows and partnering with multidisciplinary colleagues, you’ll help create a clinical service defined by excellence, safety and teamwork.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
