About the Role

Join EMAT as a Senior Allied Health Clinician (Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist) and deliver fast paced care in the Royal Adelaide Hospital and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Emergency Departments (ED). Lead early assessment, build home first discharge pathways and support safe return to community through expert, team-based care.

• Be part of a supportive, experienced and successful team
• Deliver rapid assessment and early intervention in ED
• Plan discharge and support return to community
• Work closely with ED and inpatient teams and external services
• Guide staff and support student learning
• Contribute to quality improvement, research and service development

About You
You’re an experienced allied health clinician ready to lead in a fast-paced ED setting. You bring strong clinical judgement, teamwork and a passion for safe, patient centred care. • Relevant qualification and required registration or membership
• Experience in complex care and fast paced settings
