Join our Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit as a Clinical Nurse!

As a clinical expert, you’ll mentor and support less experienced staff, helping to build capability and confidence across the team. You’ll take ownership of your practice, contribute to service improvement through education and quality initiatives, and play an active role in shaping care delivery within the unit.

About you:

• Registered, or eligible for registration, with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate, with demonstrated commitment to mental health through enrolment in an approved Mental Health course or possession of a recognised qualification in Mental Health Practice.
• Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, prioritise workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision, and approach clinical challenges with creativity, innovation and flexibility.
• Proven effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
