About the Role

Join our team as a Clinical Administration Officer delivering high quality support across dynamic Integrated Care services. Work in a collaborative environment focused on patient care, efficiency and continuous improvement while supporting varied daily operations.

• Provide reception, booking and patient admin support
• Manage records, billing and data entry tasks
• Prepare agendas, minutes and correspondence
• Book interpreter and transport services
• Support team and improve admin processes

About You

You’re a customer focused administrator who thrives in a busy clinical setting. You bring strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to support patients and teams with confidence.

• Experience in reception and clinical admin support
• Communicate well with diverse clients and teams
• Provide high quality customer service and confidentiality
• Use computer systems and manage data accurately
• Prioritise tasks and work with initiative
