About the Role

Join the GIU team and be the key driver of efficient waitlist management. You manage patient bookings, build a collaborative team, and maintain smooth, accurate administrative processes across the Technical Suites.

Duties
• Coordinate waitlist workloads and staff tasks
• Support and guide administrative team members
• Manage patient bookings and records accurately
• Liaise with Elective Surgery Managers and teams
• Promote teamwork and efficient service delivery

About You

You are a confident and organised administrator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys leading teams while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

• Lead and support staff to achieve work outcomes effectively
• Manage confidential information with tact and discretion
• Prioritise tasks and produce accurate work under pressure
• Use Microsoft Office and computerised systems with ease
• Communicate clearly and provide high-quality customer service
