About the Role

Lead and shape Nutrition and Dietetics services across CALHN in a senior leadership role that blends strategy, people leadership and service excellence. Build strong teams, drive quality care and partner with key stakeholders to deliver contemporary, evidence-based services that support better outcomes for patients and staff.

  • Lead strategic and operational service delivery
  • Guide workforce growth, capability and culture
  • Drive quality, safety and service improvement
  • Partner with leaders across Allied Health and CALHN
  • Support clinical supervision, training and credentialling
  • Advise on professional practice and reform priorities
  • Build strong multidisciplinary and stakeholder partnerships
  • Oversee portfolio staff, resources and performance

About You

You are a collaborative and forward-thinking leader who is passionate about shaping Nutrition and Dietetics services, inspiring teams and driving evidence-based care that delivers meaningful outcomes.

  • Hold a Dietetics degree and full membership of Dietitians Australia
  • Lead high-performing teams and multi-site service delivery
  • Drive quality, clinical governance and service improvement
  • Plan and deliver strategic programs and workforce growth
  • Build trusted partnerships across multidisciplinary teams
