About the Role

Join a supportive rehab team and help people with brain injury build independence and quality of life. You’ll deliver hands-on support, create safe therapy spaces, and keep programs running smoothly within Speech Pathology while working closely with experienced clinicians.

• Support rehab programs for patients with brain injury
• Assist therapy sessions and group programs
• Set up, clean and maintain therapy spaces
• Prepare, check and maintain equipment
• Support communication strategies under clinician direction
• Provide admin and clinical support as needed

About You

You’re a caring, reliable team player who enjoys hands-on rehab support and wants to grow your skills. You communicate with empathy, stay organised in a busy setting, and take pride in helping patients progress.

• Willing to complete Cert III Allied Health Assistance or undertaking study in Speech Pathology
• Work well in a team and follow clinician direction
• Communicate with empathy and respect confidentiality
• Observe, record and report patient progress
• Use computers for email, records and data entry
