Step into a pivotal leadership role where you will shape and coordinate high-quality, multidisciplinary community health services that make a real difference to people’s lives. As a Team Leader (Level 3), you will use your clinical expertise to guide and support a diverse team, ensuring safe, effective, and responsive care across community, acute, and outpatient settings. You will have the opportunity to influence service delivery, use data to drive improvement, and ensure care remains aligned to the evolving needs of the community.
Working alongside a broad network of health professionals and leaders, you will play a key role in developing innovative models of care and strengthening workforce capability. As part of the wider Community and Allied Health leadership team, you will contribute to strategic planning and service integration, helping to build sustainable, future-focused health services while leading a team to achieve meaningful outcomes every day.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will……….
- Provide advanced clinical leadership and specialist expertise in complex care delivery, service development, and consultancy across multidisciplinary and regional health settings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff while contributing to workforce planning, performance management, education, clinical supervision, and capability building across BHFLHN.
- Drive service improvement through data analysis, evaluation, research, and quality initiatives, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based practice aligned to strategic priorities.
- Collaborate across disciplines and sectors to strengthen integrated, culturally safe, and consumer-centred care, including a focus on Aboriginal health and community needs.
- Prepare high-level reports and provide expert advice to management and executive teams to support decision-making, resource allocation, and service redesign.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and professional accountability while ensuring compliance with policies, ethics, and organisational governance requirements.
