In this senior role, you will contribute to the development, coordination and delivery of high‑quality geriatric services within both inpatient and community settings. Working as part of the Northern Adelaide Geriatrics Service, you will provide comprehensive social work assessment, intervention and case management, ensuring care is aligned with individual goals, clinical needs and best practice standards.

You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver therapeutic interventions that support patient wellbeing, capacity and safety. In addition, you will provide leadership through the supervision and support of social work staff and students, fostering professional development, reflective practice and high‑quality service delivery.

Beyond direct clinical care, you will actively contribute to service improvement initiatives. You will demonstrate proven leadership experience, including staff supervision, mentoring and collaborative team engagement. Your ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary environment will enable you to manage competing priorities with flexibility, resilience and professionalism. Experience in service development, program evaluation and the implementation of policies and procedures within a healthcare setting will further support your success in this role
