About the role

Join SA Pathology as an Operational Services Officer at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and support Anatomical Pathology services. You will assist with specimen handling, laboratory support tasks and administrative activities to help maintain efficient workflow.

Working within a collaborative team, you will support MDT meetings, assist with accessioning and data entry, and coordinate slide and specimen handling across sites. You will contribute to specimen preparation and help ensure safe, timely laboratory operations.

About You

You’re a reliable support officer who thrives working alongside a busy laboratory environment. You bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to support specimen workflows and team operations.

• Communicate well and manage workload to meet deadlines
• Work independently and contribute within a team
• Use computer systems and handle data accurately
• Driver’s licence and maintain confidentiality
