As the Artificial Intelligence Graduate Officer, you will contribute to our Digital Health team by providing support, research, analysis and assistance with the delivery of AI-enabled services. You will have the opportunity to support projects and programs, build technical capability, develop AI-related documentation to improve service deliveries, operations and outcomes. You will work collaboratively within the Digital Health team and across agencies to support innovation, governance, resilience and high-quality service provision. 

About the role: 

  • Assist with AI-related projects, research, documentation and program delivery. 
  • Support the AI Officer and the implementation of AI related activities such as, AI Governance, AI solution evaluation, AI education and AI system implementation. 
  • Analyse information and contribute to AI solutions and outcomes. 

About you:

  • Completion of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in clinical discipline, ICT, computer science, software engineering, project management, business analysis or related discipline. 
  • Strong ICT and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to work both collaboratively and independently. 
  • Experience using publicly available AI tools for research, analysis, creativity, critical thinking, coding and/or task automation an advantage.
