About the Role:

You will provide timely, confidential and high-quality administrative support to assist in the delivery of programs and services within the multidisciplinary mental health team. You will support daily operations through document preparation, meeting coordination, records management, reception services and general office administration. Working collaboratively with staff and consumers, you will contribute to a responsive, professional and consumer-focused service environment.

About You: 

  • Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Experience providing administrative support and using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while supporting a professional and consumer-focused service.
  • Empathy and understanding of people living with mental illness.
