About the Role

Lead social work across CALHN, guiding team and clinical care while maintaining own caseload.
• Supervise social work team and guide daily workload
• Provide supervision and support practice quality
• Deliver evidence based work and maintain caseload
• Drive practice continuous improvement and contribute to research

About You

You are a qualified Social Worker ready to lead and support a high performing clinical team in a complex hospital environment.

• Degree in Social Work and AASW membership
• Experience leading teams and building collaboration
• Complex caseload experience with evidence based practice
• Strong communicator with calm conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of health systems, WHS and service improvement activities
