About the Role

Provide advanced social work across CALHN specialist team, with caseload, supervision and consultancy.
• Provide clinical caseload and expert practice
• Supervise social work students and work alongside allied health assistants
• Advise teams and support multidisciplinary care
• Lead quality improvement processes and contribute to research

About You

You are an experienced Social Worker ready to step into a senior clinical and leadership role.

• Social Work degree and AASW full membership
• Strong clinical judgement in complex practice settings
• Skilled in clinician mentoring and team support
• Proven ability in patient centred evidence based care
• Experience in quality improvement and service development
