Are you looking to contribute to the smooth running of a health service while supporting the well-being of our clients? We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Health Ancillary Workers to provide essential catering, cleaning, and housekeeping support at our health unit. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a team environment, and are committed to delivering high-quality service, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your Role:

As a Health Ancillary Worker, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the health unit runs efficiently by:

  • Assisting with the preparation, service, and delivery of meals, including breakfast, soups, and quick-serve foods.
  • Performing general cleaning duties, including high window cleaning and carpet shampooing, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients.
  • Supporting laundry tasks like washing, folding, ironing, and delivering clean linen.
  • Ensuring that food is plated and delivered promptly, while also responding to client dietary requirements with care.
  • Completing minor sewing repairs and assisting with stock recording.

No previous experience in catering or housekeeping? No problem! We’ll provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.

  • DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check

  • Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A
