About the Role

Join DonateLife SA as an Advanced Nurse Consultant and lead a vital statewide service that supports life-saving outcomes. You will manage clinical delivery, build capability across hospitals, and drive quality, safety and best practice in organ and tissue donation.

• Lead statewide clinical service and coordinate donation and retrieval pathways
• Build capability through education, training and clinical support
• Drive quality, risk and governance frameworks across sites
• Mentor staff and support complex decision-making
• Strengthen partnerships across hospitals and the broader network

About You

You’re a confident clinical leader ready to drive quality care and support teams across a complex statewide service.

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
• Strong leadership, communication and decision skills
• Experience in critical care and organ donation practice
• Lead quality improvement and drive change across services
• Build partnerships and work across multidisciplinary teams
