Join Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN) as a Part-time Registered Nurse - Medical Practice Nurse in the scenic Yorke and Mid North region. This ongoing position offers 15 hours per fortnight across the Booleroo Centre and Orroroo Medical Clinics, providing essential healthcare services to rural communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care across general practice settings
  • Conduct patient assessments, wound care, and chronic disease management
  • Administer medications and immunisations
  • Support health promotion and prevention programs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Essential Requirements
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Experience in primary healthcare or general practice nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
