About the Role

Join our Heart and Lung team as an Administration Officer, where you’ll keep operations running smoothly. You’ll manage finance tasks, build efficient processes, maintain records and support staff across the Directorate. A varied role with real impact on patient services.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage invoices, data entry and cost allocation
• Reconcile accounts and track spend
• Create and process forms and records
• Support workforce, IT, assets and facilities
• Act as key contact for admin enquiries
• Liaise with clinical teams and external partners
• Coordinate admin support across the Directorate

About You

You’re a proactive administrator who brings order, accuracy and great service to a busy team. You build strong relationships, stay organised under pressure and adapt quickly to change.

• Deliver high quality customer service
• Use MS Office with confidence at intermediate level
• Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and stay organised
• Communicate clearly with diverse staff and clients
• Maintain records and enter data with strong accuracy
