About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a driven, compassionate Registered or Clinical Nurse to join the highly skilled and dedicated team within our Emergency Department. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Drawing on your clinical expertise, you will assess, plan and deliver comprehensive nursing interventions to patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions, ensuring safe, timely and patient-centred care at every stage of their journey.

Working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering essential emergency services to our community. From triaging and rapid assessment through to treatment delivery and clinical collaboration with medical staff, you will be at the heart of critical decision-making and care delivery. This is a challenging yet deeply rewarding role that offers professional growth, teamwork and purpose in equal measure.

Appointment to the role will be at the RN1 or RN2C classification, dependent on the level of experience.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. A post graduate qualification and relevant experience in an emergency department or acute care setting is highly desirable.
