About the Role

Join us as Team Leader Technical Suite and lead a high performing admin team supporting Critical Care and Perioperative Services. You will coordinate services, guide staff and drive improvements across a busy technical environment.

• Lead admin team and support staff performance
• Coordinate workloads and oversee daily operations
• Guide supervisors and support service improvement
• Work with stakeholders across clinical and corporate teams
• Support delivery of key outcomes and performance goals

About You

You’re a confident admin leader who brings strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to supporting teams. You thrive in a fast paced environment and drive performance, quality and continuous improvement.

• Lead and motivate teams to achieve service outcomes
• Manage priorities, risks and competing workloads
• Communicate clearly with staff and stakeholders
• Use systems and apply quality and safety standards
