About the Role

Join our Specialist Geriatric Dementia Unit at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, as a Registered Nurse (RN1) delivering care with expertise and compassion. Work in tranquil, leafy surrounds while you lead care, build capability in others and maintain safe, high quality practice.

  • Deliver expert, person centred care to geriatric patients
  • Lead care planning, review and clinical decisions
  • Monitor patient status and escalate clinical change
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical records
  • Supervise ENs, AINs and support student learning
  • Delegate care and oversee safe practice
  • Build strong relationships with patients and team
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary and external partners

About You

You bring clinical confidence, leadership and a calm, patient centred approach. You’re ready to lead care, support others and make sound decisions in a dynamic geriatric setting.

  • Registered Nurse with NMBA registration or eligibility
  • Deliver safe care aligned with standards and scope
  • Communicate well and resolve issues with confidence
  • Prioritise workload and lead clinical decisions
  • Support team, supervise staff and guide students
