About the Role

Join a busy outpatient team where you keep clinics running smoothly and patients supported. You’ll manage records, prepare clinics and build strong links across services, helping deliver efficient, high-quality care across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Prepare clinic lists, files and daily schedules
• Support clinicians with admin and coordination tasks
• Liaise with staff and external providers as needed
• Maintain systems, data and general office processes

About You

You’re organised, approachable and thrive in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on great service, accuracy and teamwork to support smooth clinic operations and positive patient experiences.

• Type 60 wpm with strong accuracy
• Use Microsoft Office and admin systems with ease
• Manage workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Communicate well with patients and teams
• Maintain confidentiality and deliver high service quality
