About the Role

Join our team as an Administrative Services Officer in Nursing Education and support delivery of learning programs. You will help coordinate workloads, keep processes on track and support educators in a collaborative team.

• Coordinate admin tasks across the education team
• Support educators with course and program delivery
• Liaise with departments to meet priorities
• Provide guidance to junior admin staff
• Maintain records and support day to day operations

About You

You’re an organised and proactive admin professional who enjoys supporting learning environments. You bring strong communication skills and the ability to manage tasks in a busy team setting.

• Communicate well with staff across all levels
• Use Microsoft Office and learn new systems quickly
• Organise tasks and manage competing priorities
• Work independently and contribute within a team
