About the Role

Join us as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse and deliver safe, person centred care in a supportive team. You will manage patient care, build your clinical capability and maintain high standards while working closely with nurses and midwives. You will assess needs, monitor progress and contribute to quality outcomes. Working within your scope, you will remain accountable for your practice, support team delivery and grow your skills through ongoing development.

Applicants must hold current Australian work rights. Multiple full time and part time roles are available across a range of surgical wards, offering exposure to diverse and complex patient care. You will work across a 7 day rotating roster with varied shifts, gaining experience in areas such as General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Spinal, Acute Surgical Trauma, Vascular, Burns, Urology and Day Surgery Overnight.

About You

You are a compassionate and capable nurse who delivers safe, person centred care and works well in a team. You bring strong clinical judgement, clear communication and a flexible approach to support patients and colleagues.

• AHPRA registration as RN, Midwife or EN
• Med admin qual for EN where required
• Deliver care aligned with standards and scope
• Communicate clearly and work well in teams
• Prioritise workload and respond to change
