Overview

  • The Administration Officer is responsible for the provision of an appropriate high quality confidential customer focused administrative service to the Charla Lodge Aged Care Facility and Ramsey House State Wing. 
  • Facilitate the effective & efficient management of medical records for Charla Lodge Aged Care Facility and Ramsey House State Wing 
  • Responsible for monitoring of telephone enquiries, arranging meetings, agendas and minutes and the preparation of letters, confidential reports, and other correspondence. 
  • Responsible for maintaining staff’s access to HAD Logon /Email, Leecare Logon & other programs as deemed necessary logon’s (this includes New/Modify/Remove)
  • Managing of rostering administration through ProAct system
  • Assistance with Aged Care strengthened Quality standards
