About the Role

Step into a senior role where you lead, shape and elevate Occupational Therapy across CALHN. You’ll manage services, build capability, create better care pathways and maintain high standards, all while mentoring others and driving meaningful outcomes for clients and teams.

  • Lead daily OT service delivery across sites and programs
  • Manage, coach and support OT staff and Allied Health Assistants
  • Deliver high quality, evidence based clinical care
  • Build team capability through supervision, mentoring and education
  • Drive quality improvement, audit and service planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
  • Represent OT in meetings, committees and key forums
  • Contribute to research, evaluation and service innovation
  • Manage portfolio work and support key projects
  • Advocate for client outcomes and best practice care

About You

You’re a confident clinical leader who brings sound judgement, strong communication and a passion for better client outcomes. You thrive in complex settings, support others to grow and use evidence to guide safe, high quality care.

  • Degree in OT with AHPRA registration (OTBA eligible)
  • Strong clinical reasoning for complex adult care
  • Clear communicator with clients, carers and teams
  • Lead teams, build trust and drive collaboration
  • Experience across acute, rehab or community care
