Join our team as an Executive Assistant and make an impact at the executive level

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and approachable professional to provide confidential, high-level administrative support to the Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery for Yorke and Northern Local Health Network.  You'll play a key role in keeping executive operations running smoothly, ensuring priorities are met and decisions are well supported.

Working closely with the Executive Director and broader leadership team, you'll play a central role in connecting people, coordinating workflows, managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes.

You're experienced, detail-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strengths in:

  • Preparing polished reports, briefings and correspondence
  • Streamlining systems, policies and procedures
  • Supporting projects and research activities
  • Creating high-quality documents and presentation materials
