About the Role
Lead perioperative education across technical suites, shaping safe practice, strong standards and a positive learning culture.
Plan and deliver clinical education and programs
Build capability via orientation and assessment
Support accreditation, risk and practice alignment
Partner with nurse leaders to drive service improvement

About You

You’re a registered nurse ready to lead education, build capability and support safe perioperative practice.

Registered or eligible RN with NMBA and current practising certificate
Experience leading teams, education or service improvement
Strong communicator who guides change and resolves issues
Skilled at prioritising work and meeting shared deadlines
Knowledge of safety, risk and quality in healthcare settings
