About the Role

Lead a high-impact team shaping how care is delivered across CALHN. Set direction, build capability and drive improvement at scale. Work with executives and frontline teams to embed Safe and Connected and deliver measurable outcomes that matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Safe and Connected Improvement Team
  • Set direction and priorities for improvement across CALHN
  • Drive delivery of measurable, high-impact outcomes
  • Build capability in improvement practice across teams
  • Partner with leaders and represent CALHN in system forums

About You

You are a credible and values-led senior leader, known for delivering large-scale, system-wide improvement in complex environments. You bring the judgement, influence and curiosity to shape strategy, align people and drive meaningful, sustained outcomes.

  • Degree and postgraduate qualification in relevant field
  • Lead large scale operating model or system change
  • Translate strategy into coordinated system wide delivery
  • Apply improvement science to drive sustained outcomes
  • Influence executives and build trust across diverse teams
