About the Role
Lead a dynamic nursing team as Nurse Unit Manager, shaping quality patient care and team culture.
You will coordinate care delivery, drive standards, and ensure smooth daily operations across the unit.
• Lead team performance
• Coordinate patient care
• Monitor quality outcomes
• Manage resources

About You

We are seeking a confident nursing leader who brings:

• Current AHPRA RN registration and practising certificate
• Post registration nursing experience in acute care setting
• Strong leadership communication conflict and negotiation skills
• Experience leading teams change and multidisciplinary care
• Knowledge of WHS legislation safety standards ethics
