About the role

Join our team as a Shift Coordinator within the Specimen Reception Area and help drive the smooth and efficient flow of essential pathology services. As part of the leadership team, you will support daily operations, coordinate workloads and ensure pathology requests are processed accurately and on time.

In this role, you will supervise staff, allocate work across the area and provide hands on support to keep services running efficiently. You will monitor performance against key indicators, troubleshoot operational issues as they arise and contribute to a positive, high performing team environment focused on quality and timely outcomes.
