About the Role

Join our Network Operations Centre team as an Access and Demand Manager and help lead patient flow, hospital capacity and demand strategies across CALHN. You will provide advanced clinical leadership in a fast-paced environment, supporting safe, responsive and efficient patient journeys through acute care services.

• Lead hospital flow and capacity management
• Coordinate access, discharge and avoidance strategies
• Support emergency and business continuity responses
• Partner with clinical teams to improve patient flow
• Develop pathways and service improvement initiatives
• Mentor staff and promote positive team culture

About You

You are a confident and experienced nursing leader who thrives in fast paced healthcare environments and drives safe, effective patient flow and service delivery.

• AHPRA registration with current practising certificate
• Lead patient flow and discharge planning initiatives
• Manage change and support operational decision making
• Communicate confidently across multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver results under pressure and meet competing demands
