About the Role:

You will apply your clinical experience and professional knowledge to deliver a comprehensive range of social work services for clients living with life-limiting illness. Working with a high level of autonomy, you will plan, implement and evaluate care using preventative, early intervention, therapeutic and evaluative approaches, while contributing to a multidisciplinary team and supporting less experienced staff where required.

About You:

  • Hold a recognised Social Work qualification and be eligible for practising membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge and ability to deliver a range of evidence-based interventions.
  • Ability to work independently with reduced direction and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining professional standards.
