About the Role:

You will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred palliative care across community and clinical settings, working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager. You will coordinate care, oversee clinical practice, and provide guidance to less experienced staff while contributing to service planning, quality improvement, and day-to-day operations.

About You: 

  • Registered or eligible for AHPRA registration with a current practising certificate.
  • Demonstrated experience in nursing practice with the ability to support and guide others.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
