    • WHD3 | $32.90 - $33.72 per hour | 25% Casual Loading 
    • WHD4 | $34.59 - $35.28 per hour | 25% Casual Loading 
    • WHD5 | $36.14 - $36.66 per hour | 25% Casual Loading 

Appointment classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.

About the Role:

You will provide personalised support services to help aged, frail or disabled consumers remain living independently in their own homes or residential care settings. You will assist with personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, transport and social support while working collaboratively with consumers, families and health professionals to support individual goals and wellbeing. Working independently within the community, you will deliver flexible, consumer-directed care that promotes choice, dignity and independence.

About You:

  • Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered and insured motor vehicle.
  • Flexible, compassionate and able to work independently within the community.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to person-centred care.
  • WHD4: Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
  • WHD5: Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position and at least 560 hours satisfactory in-service experience.
