About the role

Join SAMI as a Consultant in Nuclear Medicine and deliver high quality, patient centred imaging services within a collaborative clinical and academic team. Based at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, you will provide expert nuclear medicine and bone densitometry services, contributing to accurate diagnosis and optimal patient care.

 

You will lead and support clinical staff, supervise and teach trainees and students, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen service delivery. You will also contribute to quality improvement, represent SAMI in key forums and support the planning and delivery of medical imaging services across sites as required.

About You

You are a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine specialist who delivers exceptional clinical care and works collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for patients and teams.

• Specialist registration with AHPRA and PET accredited
• Eligible for FAANMS and radiation use licence
• Strong clinical practice with paediatric experience
• Lead teams, communicate well and support improvement
