About the Role:

The ePCR Business Analysis and Integration Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight of the business analysis and integration functions within the ePCR Program and is responsible for ensuring the ePCR system effectively supports statewide clinical operations and aligns with SA Health digital architecture and interoperability requirements.

This role is based in the Adelaide CBD. While flexible working arrangements are supported, successful delivery of the outcomes associated with this role will require the selected candidate to attend the workplace in person a majority of the time.

About the Team:

SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) is undertaking a major statewide digital transformation program to implement an electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR) system. This program will significantly improve the timeliness, accessibility and quality of clinical data available to SAAS clinicians and support improved patient care, operational performance and system-wide clinical decision making.

The ePCR Program includes the design, build and statewide deployment of the ePCR platform, including ruggedised tablet infrastructure enabling in-field clinical documentation and real-time integration with hospital and other SA Health digital systems. The program directly impacts frontline ambulance operations and requires complex integration with multiple internal and external health information systems across the SA Health environment.
