About the Role

RN-1  Join our dedicated healthcare team and take the next step in your nursing and/or midwifery career in a supportive and rewarding environment. In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care across a range of health service settings while continuing to build your clinical knowledge, skills and professional confidence. As you progress from a novice practitioner towards a proficient level of practice, you will be supported through ongoing learning, professional development and hands-on experience. You will play an important role in delivering person-centred care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to positive outcomes for patients, consumers and their families. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring professional who is committed to continuous growth, takes pride in delivering safe and effective care, and accepts accountability for their own practice and delegated activities.

RN-2  As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a valued role in delivering high-quality nursing and/or midwifery care across a range of healthcare settings, drawing on your experience, expertise and ongoing professional development to provide exceptional outcomes for patients and families. Working within a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will take accountability for your own professional practice while providing guidance, mentorship and support to less experienced colleagues. Predominantly clinical in nature, this role also offers the opportunity to contribute to service improvement through portfolio responsibilities aligned with your interests and career aspirations. You will build strong relationships across the healthcare team, work closely with nursing and midwifery leaders, and engage with government and non-government organisations to ensure holistic, person-centred care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated clinician looking to further develop their skills, make a meaningful impact, and be part of a team committed to excellence in patient care.
