  • Salary  RN-3  $130,190 - $136,010 p.a. (pro rata) + super + salary packaging

About the Role

Lead and shape early career nurse transition across the organisation. You will manage programs, build capability, create learning pathways and maintain strong governance. This role blends education, people leadership and collaboration to support confident, capable nurses from day one.

• Lead early career transition programs and models
• Plan and deliver education across classroom and bedside
• Manage educators and support staff within central education
• Coordinate staffing models, skill mix and resource use
• Oversee compliance, governance and risk for state programs
• Partner with clinical teams and external education providers

About You

You are a registered nurse who brings confidence, clarity and care to education and leadership, and enjoy supporting others to grow and succeed.

• Registered or eligible with NMBA, current practising certificate
• Experience in nurse education or staff development roles
• Skill to design, deliver and review engaging education programs
• Confidence leading people, change and complex HR matters
• Knowledge of legislation, standards and quality systems in health
