About the role: 

  • Provide direct person-centred nursing care and/or individual case
  • Plan and coordinate services with other disciplines or agencies in providing individual health care needs,
  • Assess individual patient/client needs, plan, implement and/or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options including other disciplines or agencies,
  • Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers

About you:

  • Minimum post registration 3 years including recent surgical experience specifically in the last 6 months
  • Excellent time management and clinical reasoning skills
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team with a strong focus on person centred care
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including use of Microsoft applications, EMR/Sunrise knowledge essential
  • Must be willing to undertake extra shifts to support service needs
  • EMR/Sunrise knowledge essential
  • Provision of patient centred care via telehealth and in person
  • Able to adapt quickly and multitask efficiently in an ever changing and evolving environment
  • No work sponsorship available
