WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? 

We have two Executive Assistant roles available for a 12 month maternity leave period, which sit at the heart of the Rural Support Service (RSS) providing high-level, confidential administrative and project support. These positions work closely with senior leaders and work stream teams, fostering strong internal relationships and ensuring seamless coordination across functions. The role provides variety through involvement in executive support, project coordination, and meaningful engagement with diverse partners. This is an opportunity to contribute to a professional, supportive team while playing a key role in maintaining organisational effectiveness and delivering high-quality outcomes across the service.

 

WHO ARE WE? 

The RSS is a business unit in SA Health that provides services throughout regional South Australia to support the six regional local health networks (LHNs). It employs around 260 people who work in 37 regional, rural and remote SA locations, or in the RSS's three Adelaide offices.

  • You will deliver high-quality, confidential executive and administrative support, ensuring efficient daily operations and timely communication across the service.
  • You will coordinate and support projects by tracking progress, conducting research, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • You will maintain effective systems and processes, contributing to continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • You will foster strong working relationships and provide culturally appropriate, customer-focused support to both internal and external stakeholders.
