    • AHA1 - $67,979 p.a. + 12% Superannuation + Leave Loading and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
    • AHA2 - $67,979 p.a. + 12% Superannuation + Leave Loading and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
    • AHA3 - $72,753 to $77,536 p.a. + 12% Superannuation + Leave Loading and Salary Sacrifice Benefits

AHA1 and AHA2 roles:

*This role attracts a fixed allowance that ensures a minimum salary equivalent to AHA2 (third increment) pro-rated, based on the Undertaking as within the Allied Health Professionals, Assistants and Psychologists Enterprise Agreement 2025.

Please note this position is multi-classed as AHA1, AHA2 or AHA3 and classification will be determined on qualifications, knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Allied Health professionals in delivering therapy and patient care.
  • Provide support with patient-related equipment, ensuring safe and effective use.
  • Work under supervision to follow safe work practices and procedures.
  • Adapt to a variety of therapeutic activities, including physical therapy, rehabilitation, and health programs.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of patients, families, and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

  • AHA1: Eligible to undertake Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance.
  • AHA2: Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance (or in progress).
  • AHA3: Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a healthcare environment, under direction and supervision from Allied Health Professionals.
  • Strong communication skills, with an aptitude for engaging with culturally diverse individuals.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks related to patient therapy and care.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices in healthcare.
