HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?     

You will……….     

  • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based occupational therapy/ mental health care, applying contemporary practice and local service knowledge to support consumers, carers, and the broader multidisciplinary team.   
  • Manage a complex and varied caseload with increasing autonomy, applying clinical judgement and evidence-based practice to assessment, intervention, health promotion and early intervention activities.     
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and with external partners to provide coordinated, culturally safe care, particularly for rural, Aboriginal and diverse communities.     
  • Contribute to clinical leadership, supervision and workforce development by supporting junior staff, allied health assistants and students, while actively engaging in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.     
  • Support service quality and sustainability through effective documentation, data reporting, and participation in continuous improvement activities.
