WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
We are offering an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Adelaide Hills based Community Nursing team in Mount Barker. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients in their homes and community settings, supporting their independence, wellbeing, and recovery. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, enjoy varied and meaningful work, and contribute to exceptional care across the Adelaide Hills community.
CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
- Temporary until November 2026 with potential for extension, Part-time opportunity (22.8 hours per week worked over a 7-day roster)
- Temporary from 1 December to 31 December 2026 with potential for extension, Part-time opportunity (15.2 hours per week worked over a 7 day roster)
- Temporary until 28 December 2026 with potential for extension, Part-time opportunity (15.2 hours per week worked over a 5 day roster)

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will……….
- Assess, plan, implement and coordinate person-centred nursing care, ensuring individual patient/client needs are met through multidisciplinary collaboration
- Deliver direct clinical care and case management in a defined setting, with increasing autonomy and responsibility for complex patient care across shifts
- Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety and risk management activities to support safe, effective health service delivery
- Provide education, health promotion and clinical supervision to patients, carers, students and junior staff to support learning and improved outcomes
- Demonstrate clinical leadership through coordination of care, team support, participation in service improvement initiatives and guidance of less experienced staff
