WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? 

We are offering an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver a portfolio of complex, high-impact projects that drive meaningful, system-wide improvements. In this role, you will work across the full project lifecycle—shaping initiatives from inception through to completion—while applying best-practice project management frameworks, governance, and controls to ensure successful outcomes.

You will play a key strategic role, providing expert advice and leadership to support the development and implementation of initiatives aligned with organisational priorities. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will proactively identify risks and opportunities, strengthen delivery through assurance and continuous improvement, and contribute to achieving sustainable benefits across the system.

  • Do you have proven experience leading complex projects from initiation to completion, using structured project management frameworks?
  • Can you build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, government agencies and community partners?
  • Are you skilled in analysing data, managing risks and driving performance to ensure successful project outcomes and benefits realisation?
  • Do you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-level reports, briefings and present to senior stakeholders?
  • Can you lead and support multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? 

You will…….

  • Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring strong governance, planning, risk management and alignment with strategic priorities
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to support coordinated, high-quality project implementation across the health system
  • Monitor performance, manage budgets and drive benefits realisation through robust reporting, analysis and continuous improvement
  • Provide expert advice and strategic input into service design, planning and clinical improvement initiatives
  • Guide and support multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, capability development and excellence in project delivery
