Cowell Multi-Purpose Service is seeking compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our nursing team on a casual basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive rural healthcare environment where you will contribute to delivering high-quality, person-centred care while expanding your clinical skills and experience.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses and Midwives while remaining accountable for your own professional practice and patient care.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Support the delivery of safe and effective nursing care
  • Assist with patient assessments, care planning and routine procedures
  • Provide person-centred care to patients and residents
  • Recognise and report changes in clinical conditions
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • Assist in mentoring students and support staff where required
  • Participate in ongoing learning and professional development

About You

You are a caring and adaptable Enrolled Nurse who enjoys working in a team-focused environment and delivering quality care to rural communities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Current practising certificate
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to person-centred care
