About the Role
Lead patient flow nursing expertise across CALHN, optimise bed capacity and safe timely care
Oversee interfacility transfers and safe patient moves
Liaise executives SAAS, DHW, SHCC and external agencies
Partner with senior clinical teams to deliver safe and timely care

About You

You are a collaborative clinical leader with strong patient flow and bed management capability.

  • Hold NMBA RN registration and current practice certificate
  • Apply bed management and patient flow expertise in care
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams with strong communication skills
  • Drive change management and service improvement outcomes
  • Prioritise workload and support staff development and education
