    • AHA3 | $37.19 - $39.64 per hour | 25% Casual Loading

About the Role:

You will support the delivery of allied health services under the supervision of allied health professionals. You will assist with patient care activities, therapy preparation, patient transport, group programs and administrative tasks while contributing to safe, high-quality care. Depending on classification level, you may also assist with specialised screenings, patient education, supervision of junior AHA staff and support for students.

About You:

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centred care, workplace safety and confidentiality.
  • Ability to follow clinical direction and assist with a range of therapy and support activities.
  • AHA2: Hold or be working towards Certificate 3 in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent.
  • AHA3: Hold Certificate 4 in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent.

Applicant Information:

  • This role attracts a fixed allowance that ensures a minimum salary equivalent to AHA2 (third increment) pro-rated, based on the Undertaking as within the Allied Health Professionals, Assistants and Psychologists Enterprise Agreement 2025.
