About the Role

Join our GIU team as a Waitlist Coordinator and help deliver safe, timely and patient centred care through efficient waitlist and booking management. You will coordinate procedural bookings, maintain accurate data systems and support smooth clinical operations within a fast paced multidisciplinary environment.

• Manage procedural waitlists and patient bookings
• Maintain accurate data and reporting systems
• Coordinate workflows across multidisciplinary teams
• Liaise with patients, clinicians and external providers
• Monitor benchmarks and support equitable access
• Deliver responsive and professional administrative support

About You

You are an organised and patient focused administrator who thrives in a fast paced healthcare environment and supports safe, efficient waitlist management.

• Manage waitlists and bookings with accuracy and care
• Use EMR and hospital systems confidently
• Prioritise tasks and meet competing deadlines
• Communicate well with patients and clinical teams
• Maintain confidentiality and support process improvement
